Food and Dining: The conference fees include all meals starting on Sunday evening through Wed evening, except Tuesday lunch on your own. Shabbaton registration includes Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch.
Late Registration ends December 31st.
Paying for the Shabbaton and Conference — Registration is not complete until you are paid in full. If you need to pay registration fee in monthly payments, please choose the Payment Plan registration form when you register and Lynn Pisetzner will help you set up monthly payments.
The deadline for Financial Aid was Nov 30th.

Important Information for Booking:

Rooms for both the Shabbaton and conference are $119/night. This year's hotel has a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, cafe, plenty of eateries in walking distance and butts up to the walking trails and "green space" (although it'll be in winter) to Webster Lake and EB Rains Jr. Memorial park. Please reserve your hotel room using the link below or by calling the hotel at 303-452-4100. Please do not enter your Marriott Bonvoy membership information. If you do you'll be required to prepay the full amount, there will be additional charges and will only be given a 2-week cancellation policy from the day of booking, as opposed to the 24-hour cancellation policy, no add'l charges or required prepay the hotel offers through the link and by phone.
Remember, full conference programming ends late Wednesday evening with a special music experience. We encourage all participants to stay through Wednesday evening!
