• Conference pricing for accommodations at the Sheraton Denver West Hotel ends on December 20, 2023, or when the room block fills, whichever comes first.​
• A package discount is offered for those attending both the Shabbaton and the Conference.

FINANCIAL AID: Would financial aid support you in attending this year's conference? 

• We recognize that financial considerations might be impacting your decision to attend. Please ask for what you need and we'll see what we can do! The OHALAH Board decided to make more money available to help offset the cost of the conference itself, but not for lodging or transportation costs.  
• If you are an OHALAH member living OUTSIDE THE US, please use discount code: WRLD100 when you register.​
• The deadline to apply for financial aid is November 30th, 2023.
• Aid is not available for travel or lodging.

CONFERENCE AND SHABBATON COVID PROTOCOLS

• All conference and Shabbaton participants are required to present a negative COVID test taken within 24-hrs of arrival before entering. If you are attending both, you'll be required to re-test before and show the registration desk before the conference begins Sunday night. 
• Masks are required in all public spaces, except presenters.
  
• All attendees are encouraged to be vaccinated and encouraged to maintain the highest level of vaccination possible. 
• ​Please do not come if you're currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
• ​The conference and Shabbaton will continue to follow up-to-date state and local protocols.

• Rooms for both the Shabbaton and Conference are $114/night. This is a group rate that can only be accessed through the above link or calling Sheraton Denver West at (303) 987-2000 and naming you are part of the OHALAH group. 
• While our closing circle will be after davenning Wednesday morning, we hope many of you will stay with us for the new immersive programming planned for that day and extend our time together for Immersive Wednesday!
