Date & Time of Your Workshop: Mon. Jan. 9, 2023 3:30-5:00pm MT
The midbar of these unprecedented times is at times a desert with little to nourish us, and at times an oasis where we can thrive. To remain spiritual leaders and soul guides we must face the truth of exactly where we are, with its pain and its potential, strengthening bonds to live in solidarity with all beings, and reaching towards increased capacity for resiliency, hopefulness and whole-being. We’ll experientially explore streams of Jewish wisdom, science, positive psychology, and mindfulness that help us meet the present call, and live a longer term, balanced and engaged life of sacred service.
RABBI SHAWN ISRAEL ZEVIT, (RRC/ALEPH) rabbis at Mishkan Shalom, Philadelphia, integrating of meaningful spiritual living, life-long learning and acts of caring and social justice; co-founding director with Rabbi Marcia Prager of DLTI; Associate Director for the ALEPH Hashpa’ah Training Program; Menschwork co-founder; author and composer, www.rabbizevit.com

She just left ten years in hospital chaplaincy in order to “re-tool” and bring forward more teaching, coaching, and consulting to support health care professionals and others in stress reduction, resiliency and whole-being.
