RUP is a dynamic way to explore personal and professional dynamics concerning power. This approach brings heart and soul to ethics, while building sensitivity and awareness to the use of power and its influence. We will combine didactic and experiential learning for an embodied experience that can be instantly applied to your congregational life. You’ll learn about inherent dynamics that accompany relationships where there is role power difference—potential for good, responsibilities, distortions, vulnerabilities, and risk for harm.

Rabbi Charna Rosenholtz, MA – is a Hebrew wisdom teacher (Maggid) ordained by Rabbi’s Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and Tirzah Firestone. An ordained spiritual director, she holds a Master’s Degree in Religious Studies from Naropa University and is a trainer for the Right Use of Power Institute. She is currently the Director of Shulchan.net, an on-line beit midrash.
