Kol Koreh Bamidbar: Hearing the Call
קול קורא במדבר
Midbar is both a wilderness and an oasis. Unexpected obstacles such as war, illness and loss can overwhelm even the most stalwart traveler. We wander through this fragile time and place, supported by the grace of friends. How do we meet the moment and answer the call?

The OHALAH Board is excited to announce a partial live Online Conference registration! We are aware that not everyone is able to attend the in-person conference this year AND because of this is making a partial live Online Conference available to OHALAH members, clergy and hashpa'ah students and mashpiot.* Online sessions will also be recorded and available for all registrants to view after the conference is over. The online conference package includes the hashpa'ah graduation and smicha ceremonies, six plenaries, Monday morning davvening and moderated spaces for online attendees to socialize, schmooze and exchange ideas. Financial aid is not available for the online conference. Last day to register is Monday, January 2nd.
All participants must be registered for the online conference in order to use the links provided after registration. We want to respect the integrity of the container we're making both here and online, prevent any zoom-hacks from occurring, as well as honor those who have paid for registration to this conference. Please DO NOT SHARE the online conference information with anyone.
HOWEVER, because we've received a lot of last minute requests to join the online conference, we decided, just moments ago!, to re-open conference registration until Sunday night, January 8th night, after which point it will be closed.
Register HERE.
Again, please do not share this information with people who are not registered. If you have questions please direct them to administrator@ohalah.org.
The Online Conference will include the following plenaries**:
*Ordained clergy who are not OHALAH members are welcome to attend the conference one time without membership.
**Online participation will be made available during the plenaries when possible.
***ALEPH ceremonies will be a livestream link.
