Moshe will lead Yoga at a beginning/basic level based on the Iyengar tradition, with some parallels to Judaic principles. Just a healthy way to start or end the day, de-stress, and get back in touch with our body/soul.
Rabbi Moshe Raphael Halfon, DD was ordained by the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College, completed a Masters in Psychology at Temple University, and leads Mt. Sinai in Cheyenne WY. He has been a chaplain, pulpit rabbi, cantor, and Hillel director. While not a certified yoga instructor, he has practiced yoga and Tai Ch'i for 20 years.
