Seven Sacred Circles begins by exploring the secret of seven, circling, and mysteries within the Ana B’khoah. Each of these is a component of a resonant ritual from the delightful esoteric book on a holistic and compassionate approach to death and dying, Sefer Maavar Yabbok. These Seven hakafot around a deceased mirror the joy-filled times hakafot are done. It elevates the event to a hillulah and weaves in a sense of celebration with the sadness of the loss. When the righteous leave this world, it is as if they marry the Holy One of Blessing. The book includes liturgy in Hebrew adapted for women as well as the original for men.
