Date & Time of Workshop: Wed. Jan. 11, 2023 1:30-3:00pm MT
Reb Leila will lead us through a deep, contemplative journey through the heart of parashat Vayechi, introducing participants to a new method of Torah learning and immersion. Participants will be invited to discover the profound intimate meaning of the Torah text. Silence, niggun, deep personal questions (contemplated privately) and conversation will all be part of the experience.
Reb Leila teaches TaNaKH, midrash, history and feminist thought in the ALEPH Ordination Program. She has taught at Reed and Swarthmore Colleges and Emory, George Washington and American Universities. She loves teaching a contemplative approach to Torah.
